I had a great stay at this hotel! the value for money was excellent. I couldn't believe the prices for a hotel in such a prime location in the heart of the commercial area. Secondly, the staff were fantastic - so attentive and friendly. They really went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped with basic amenities and excellent facilities. I loved having a kitchenette in my room, it was so convenient.

Secondly, the hotel's location in the heart of the commercial area was perfect. Everything of interest was within walking distance or a short bus ride away. Lastly, the staff was extremely helpful and polite, ensuring that my needs were met during my stay. I was truly impressed with the attention to detail and the excellent facilities offered in the rooms, which even included a kitchenette.

The noisy air conditioning, stained curtains and poorly cleaned windows in our room. the bathroom was also cramped and had an unsatisfactory layout.

The hotel's location was excellent, only a short walk from the major tourist attractions. The spacious rooms were a pleasant surprise, with comfortable beds and a separate toilet and bathroom. The hotel also offered a free spa on the top floor which was a great added bonus after a long day.

While the rooms were comfortable, the hotel's design was not very welcoming with metal walkways making it feel like a prison block. The breakfast was only satisfactory and could be improved to meet Japanese standards.
